Cookies we always use

These keep the website working and secure, so they cannot be switched off.

  • laravel-session keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and signs you out when the session ends.
  • XSRF-TOKEN protects our forms, so another website cannot send a request pretending to be you.

Your browser also remembers your cookie choice on this device, so we do not ask you every time you visit.

Live chat

When live chat is available, it is provided by another company and sets its own cookies to keep your conversation going between pages. We only switch it on if you choose Accept all. If you choose Essential only, the chat stays off and you can still reach us by email or through the Support page in online banking.

What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information about your visits. Our pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers, but this does not set a cookie.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will need to sign in again afterwards.
